Going to agree with the past few commentors. Putting more work (think quality vs quantity) into your unit will be more beneficial. I got in this cycle with 3 years of MICU experience.

This was more than 10 years ago... I hope now it's not as bad as you say it was before. If I was that student I sure as hell wouldn't let anyone put hands on me without a fight, physically for self defense or in court. That's for damn sure.
