Hey, I'm not a crna but I work with them and the anesthesiologists all day long...they're soooo laid back and very down to earth (at least most the crnas are anyway lol). If you can, try to go the crna route. The schedule can be three 12s, four 10s, or five 8s. I could tell you what I see them do everyday, but I'd think you'd rather have one of them tell you what they do.

so they got you floating to different floors without experience? that's cool because you'll get to meet lots of people and have a better chance of landing an RN position once you graduate. Good luck~!

The hiring process can be lengthy depending on your background check. Just call a recruiter and they can answer all your questions.

I wouldn't worry about AnP so much. Microbiology... now that's another story.
