I went through contract with fine tooth comb. I choose not to take it only because some major concern over pay, hours and most of all if you hate your job you are stuck there for 2 years or get a 104 fine.

I agree the job market for any RN is tough right now. Most places that are hiring want at least a years experience. And are taking BSN prepared RNs over ADNs best of luck to you.
