unfortunately, I do agree...Call me unrealistic...but I just hope that people keep joining nursing for the fact that they want to "make a difference" and of course the ones that join for other reasons are also greatly needed...but just as long as eve...

:) You CAN do it...and people like you, that really want to help, make the most valuable nurses...anyone can give out meds etc...it's the nurses that take the extra two minutes to hold someone's hand or offer the husband of a dying woman if he would ...
