  1. Congrats!!!!
  2. I think the MOST important thing is that you DO NOT give up!!!!! I took the Nclex-RN 5 times!!!! Every single time I took the test I got all 265 questions!! On the 5th try, I honestly did not see passing to be an option because of things that were going on in my life! But I just took it Saturday and passed!!!! Just do your studies, do plenty of practice questions! Just remember, as long as you dont give up, you WILL pass even if it takes 10 tries!!!GOOD LUCk!!!!
  3. Jack devil, you definitely passed!!! I just took my test for the 5th time on Sat!!!! I finally got the good pop up, and Monday morning my name and license was on the DOS website!!!! It is a very relieving feeling!!!!!! Congratulations!!!!
  4. Honestly, it's hard to say! I was at a really low point in my life and did NOT expect there was even a possibility of me passing because of what I was going through! The last time I took my test was in September! Since then I briefly saw a tutor, did about 50 questions a night, and just kept reviewing notecards I had made!
  5. I PASSED!!!!! I have never been so excited in my life!!!!
  6. I took my Nclex today for the 5th time!! All my previous attempts I got all 265 questions and when doing to PVT I was sent to the credit card screen. Today I arrived to the testing center more doubtful than ever before. Once I got to question 75 I was positive that the computer would shut off and it would be a fail. I ended up getting all 265 questions AGAIN.... I was sooooo frustrated and upset! It took about 2 hours after I got home for the PVT trick to work... and I got the GOOD POP UP... I'm praying that I passed!!!! When can I find out for sure?
  7. I took my Nclex exam again today for the 4th time in one year. With each attempt I got 265 questions! VERY FRUSTRATED:eek: I absolutely know that I will not give up, being a nurse is too much of a passion of mine. I just don't know where to start from here!!! They say when you get 265 questions it means "you literally almost passed"... 4 times with 265 questions and I really don't know what to do! I'm up for suggestions:)
  8. Hello, I just took my Nclex for the 4th time today! All 4 times I got 265 questions which they say means you "literally almost passed"! It's extremely frustrating, TRUST me I understand! Whatever you do DON'T give up because one day you WILL pass!!!!
  9. I also take my Nclex on Sept 28th! This will be my 4th time taking the test! I have failed 3 times with 265 questions EVERY time! I'm keeping my head high though, because regardless of the outcome of this test, you can always take it again. Also, as we all know, it doesn't matter how many times you have to take this test because it is no result to the type of nurse you are going to be! Good Luck Everyone:)
  10. Jessy- I just took my Nclex today for the second time.. failed once again. I used the Saunders book and it was helpful however, I got so many SATA and prioritization questions and I didn't feel like Saunders prepared me for that at all! I'm looking into other options to take my test for the 3rd time in 45 days.. I'm going to use the LaCharity book and do the hurst review! Good luck!!
  11. How many questions did you get each time? I just failed for the 2nd time and got 265 both times! Devastated isnt even the word:(
  12. So, I just took my boards for the 2nd time today. First time I had 265 questions and this time I had 265 questions! I knew I failed the 2nd time based on the level of difficulty of question 265. I did the pearsonvue trick and sure enough I failed AGAIN:crying2: I'm devastated, and just so unsure what to do from here:( I know that I mustttttt not give up and take this test again!! Can anyone give me any insight, and suggestions on what I can do? Helpful books, courses. Motivational stories to help me keep my head high? I keep thinking to myself, I almost passed... so what the heck am I doing wrong that this has happened twice?
  13. This isn't the good pop up is it? "The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time."??
  14. Good luck nursinggirl!!! Jen I also take my test Wed... For the 2nd time! Everyone says don't stress about it but they just have no idea!!
  15. I'm taking my Nclex in two days for the second time! I'm much more anxious and scared this time! Any study material would be greatly appreciated:) [email protected]! Thanks!
  16. Congrats on passing!!! I take my Nclex on the 16th for the second time and I'm scared out of my pants!!! Thanks for the study guide!
  17. Hi Glam! I'm taking the test for the 2nd time on Feb 16th! TERRIFIED! I'm new to this website and don't know how to send you a personal message! Could you send me your study sheets? Please message me if you know how and I'll give you my email address! Thanks!
  18. Hi everyone!!! I'm taking my test for the 2nd time on the 16th and I'm terrified!!! I failed the first time with 265 questions! The way I look at it is I was going through a rough time when I last took it, and really didn't study but 2 days before the test! They say when you get 265 questions you literally "almost passed"! So I'm praying that since Ive taken a week and a half off work, and have been doing questions and review that hopefully this will be my time! It's so stressful I just want to take the test tomorrow!
  19. Hello, I am taking my test this Wed- Feb 16th for the second time!! I'm terrified but trying my best to keep positive. I failed the first time Sept 28th with 265 questions. I've been out of school for almost a year and really feel like I forget alot! Please pray for me! I know I deserve it!
  20. Hello Everyone!!! This thread has been very helpful! I take my boards on the 16th for the 2nd time! VERYYY nervous!!! I don't really have the time to post and facts! Thanks for all the helpful feeds!
  21. Hello, So I took my test this morning and couldn't believe that it didn't shut off after 75 questions, I thought I was doing horrible! My test lasted 5 hours and I got the full 265 questions! I'm so nervous because I feel like there is no way in hell I passed, and I just feel like I guessed on soooooo many questions. It has been about 3 hours since I left the test, I came home a tried to PV trick and I got the pop up "the canidate currently has an open registration for this exam, a new registration can not be created at this time"! I know that the instructions on this news feed say that that is no indication of passing or failing but I am for sure that I did fail:( I do have a question: When you have to answer the yes no questions, should I fill them out as if I were seriously applying to take the test again the second time?
