:smiley_abfunny, same thing is happening to me. i was not going to do anything about this particular RN, until she trashed my name, character, & self. now, i have a grievence against her due to the fact of false statement. And to think she's very loud & lazy lazy lazy. So i begin with her drama. She will be crying, talking trash, wanting to celebrate her pitty party. Watch out !:argue::angryfire

depends where you work, i would think in an icu setting would NOT be appropriate. if CNA or med tech's are allowed to pass medication, they should be held accountable for their actions :monkeydance:

how about everyone pitch in 1-2 dollars and buy 1 set of scrubs for her, a neutralizer body spray, socks, little make-up, etc. Put it in a nice little basket and give it to her. i know it's hard to work with stinky's . but try to help her if she'll allow. she too must feel bad .:imbar

i was randomly chosen for a urine test. quiet oh me.. yet the loud nurses and aides that look like there high on something NOT! hmmm i wonder.. was it cause i'm hispanic?? lots of discrimination going on..

hmmm... the way nursing homes are now, and how much is so "budget" money, i would give it to them. afterall , it's hard to get another pill quickly from pharmacy if needed. just wipe it off and give/:beercuphe

this is the best one.. .. Where was the instructor?? He or She should and is responsible to check first and allow lyou to explain to him or her what you're doing before you do it. that's how i learned. :)

i sure would like to know what types of jobs for nursing lpn are in orlando. i am thinking of moving down there. i think there are more opportunities for life out there. i have a 15 yr old & 9 yr . what do you suggest
