I graduated in 2005 and i got my license in 2010.i never worked as a nurse before.The agency said they're gonna train me.Is it hard to work as a hospice nurse if you dont have any experience?What do i need to expect?Than you so much :)

I think I almost applied all hospitals in Lafayette that's hiring..I dont have any RN experience and some of the job openings need an experience..

We have the same situation and I know how you feel right now.I moved here in January and been to 4 interviews but still no luck.Im getting really discouraged and frustrated.I think it's harder to find a job here if you're a new grad and no experience...

I think agency nurse means you're working through the agency not directly to the hospital.

I heard that Texas needs a lot of nurses if you're willing to move.

He is in America and he should be the one adjusting to the culture.If he doesn't want it then he can go back to where he belongs.

Im superstitious too but i would say go ahead and engrave your name with RN..you have to picture yourself that you're already an RN and feel like an RN..Dont think any bad thoughts.you are going to pass that exam and be an RN.
