  1. Hi everyone, Can anyone tell me if Saunders practice questions mimic the NCLEX the closest and are the most challenging? I am getting consistent 70s and an occassional 80 something here and there. Is this good??? Should I be answering more challenging questions? Thankssss!
  2. Hi everyone, unfortunately I recently failed the nclex. I was using nclex 3500 for practice questions and fear that was too easy and didn't really mimic the real exam. Sooo, i just bought Saunders Q&A Review NCLEX-RN Examination by Silvestri. Can anyone give me any feedback on this book? I heard it was very good and the questions were challenging and mimiced the real nclex? Is this true? Thankkk Youuu!

  5. Hi everyone, I am trying to prepare for the nclex and am looking for good study material for Infection Control. Someone mentioned the "mneumonic of infection control." Does anyone know what this is? a book? And if anyone knows of any books to help with infection control questions that they could recommend, that would be great! Thanksss!
  6. Hi all, I was just wondering what everyone can recommend as being the best cd program that will give me challenging nclex questions? I heard kaplans qbank were challenging and that saunders was good too? I failed the nclex my first time and am worried that the questions i was doing from nclex 3500 were too easy. Any suggestions are much appreciated!!! thankss
  7. Thankssss sooo much for your responses! I am in NJ
  8. Hi everyone, I just recently took the nclex for the first time and unfortunately failed and I'm real upset and concerned:crying2:. I was wondering what the best way to study would be now? I was previously just doing about 100-150 kaplan and nclex 3500 questions a day. Should i review more content and stradegy or keep doing questions or both? Also, i was wondering what the best practice book would be to get? I heard Lippincotts by Billings is good along with Saunders by Silvestri. I was told Davis's is excellent along with Mosbys too. Or should I just stick with Kaplan? My last question is, what the best way to study drugs is? are flashcards the way to go? Thanks for reading and I appreciate any feedback you guys can give me!
