  1. Yes, I wondering about the Crocs. I have been hearing a lot more about these lately. Really good reviews. Anyone else have any more info on Crocs? Thanks!
  2. Hi All, I have my resume done, but I have read on a couple of sites that you should not fold your resume. What are your thoughts on this? If I do not fold it, what type of envelope should I put it into and it still look professional? Also, what should be mailed with my resume? Hospital application, cover letter and references all at the same time? Also, can I spray a little perfume on it so they will remember me? No, no I am just joking on the last one...... Another question about my resume, do I mail one to the hospital or should I wait for an interview and then take it with me to the interview? Thanks for any input! ~~ Annette

  7. HI, I seem to have an awful lot of projects to do my last semester at school. We kind of thought it would maybe be a little better this semester, but I am definitely more stressed with all of the projects we have to do. Anyway, I have to do a Teaching Project to a group of people in my community. I think I have finally come to a conclusion on what I am doing: the benefits of exercise, but my main focus will be the benefits of exercise to help control diabetes. What do you think? How should I approach it. Before I can actually do the project I have to submit a proposal. I have never written a proposal before and am a little worried. Any ideas on that on how to write it? :crash_com I also have to lead a mental health group activity at a mental hospital. I need to make sure that the activity is workable with all levels of the mind, since we never know exactly what patients will be on the floor. It will be adult focused. Any ideas on an activity? I am at a loss for one. Thanks so much in advance for any help/guidance you can give me! ~~Annette
  8. I can't wait until I can look back and laugh. Soooo many nurses say that it will actually happen! Thanks for the encouraging words and ideas on how to get organized because I was wondering about when a job came and I had more than one patient. Thanks again! :)
  9. Hi all! I am new here and wanted to say Hi. I also wanted to ask something. I am in my second semester of a two year RN nursing program. I feel totally lost and I feel I can not remember anything. Is this normal or should I get out of the nursing program? I like people and want to care for them and I also want to help provide for my family but I am not sure if what I am feeling is normal or not. If any of you have any suggestions on what I am feeling or some major help with my nervousness that I get, I would gladly accept! I really do not want to fail at this but.........Thanks in advance! ~~Annette
