    Greenville is a nice place to live. Fort Mill is also nice and you could work in Charlotte if you lived here. Pay down here is lower and jobs are hard to get, but it's a great place to live.

    i would suggest that you start applying now, but if you can't move till sept then i guess you could hold off till the summer. your real problem is going to be finding a job, the licensing issues are minor in comparison.

    As for Charlotte, CMC and Presbyterian will pay around $1K to $2K a year for education. They don't post amounts on their websites, but that is what some nurses that worked there told me.

    LPNs take the NCLEX and are issued a NURSING license from the state, so they are nurses according to the law. Your opinion has no bearing on that classification, sorry. :icon_roll
