new grads 18.00 is correct + shift diff at most hospitals. The 29 to 34 is with experience. and. the 45 is most likely contract. That what i know it to be.

Don't give up. I just passed on my second try. I did Suzanne's plan. Just use saunders. Do 100 questions a day. Read each and every rational. I took my time on the exam this time. I read the questions very carefully. I made sure I knew what it was asking me. Maybe you focused on to many resourses. Just stick with saunders it works. Gook Luck.

This will be my second time to take the Nclex RN. I have done about 4000 questions this time. Will all you guys say a big prayer for me. I hope by the grace of God I will pass this time. Michele

It didn't hurt my feeling. I just don't think I should have to change my user name. I may not be the best speller in the world but thats not everything.

You know I just took finals and will graduate December 16th from an RN program. I thought this site was wonderful everthing thing has always been positive now since I am graduating it has turned to negitive towards me I don't think that is right. Thanks for everthing I don't think I will be posting anymore.

I have been a member for a long time more then likely before this change I have never heard of this until now. If you look on the Nclex forum you will see a lot of people that haven't taken boards have this in there name. I just had something said to me and I took negitively.

I think you can tell them its a misdemeanor not a felony.

It tells you how before you take the test on the sample question. If I remember right it doesn't round. But .65mg would be 1.0 rounded instead of 7.0 :)

I can tell you in Oklahoma it depends on your school and how your program in set up. We have some schools that you can take it after the second and mine was the third semester. I know this because I just took it and passed.

Would that go for the PN as well because I got questions like that, who would you go see first. Also why would you be asked 3 questions about the same thing it was on adding I & O. I was just wondering. I know I got them right

It took me about 1 hour and 50 min it stopped at 120 question. So I guess the waiting game is on. I hope I passed. I had OB, Endocrine, who would you see first. 2 select all, about 3 adding I & O, and 2 calc.
