really? I have also talked to a several recruiters and they told me LTC experice would be a plus. (better than nothing). that's why I have started looking into them. I totally understand your frustration though.

is it ok to go straight to the unit and look for the manager without going thru HR? because i know you need the guest/visitor pass in order to go to the floor?

I called a lot of places but almost every place wants to see your license prior to applying.

I purchased it for nclex-rn but only used it for about 10% of it. I didn't like it that much.
