  1. I'm a 1st year student...if I had to guess, I would say they might add the HESI or a similar test to average with your GPA. Good Luck!!!!!
  2. I feel silly, but i am not completely clear on where to find the info for the G.A.S. assessments. Can anyone tell me?
  3. Hi! My best advice to you is to retake your micro class for an A and re apply! Also check rate my professor and talk to whoever you can about the teachers you have to choose from when registering- the teacher makes all the difference. Don't give up, good luck to you!!
  4. thank you all for the advice on the cpr!!! I'm getting nervous now, it is getting close..
  5. Just found out that Red Cross is going to charge me $500 for my CPR course! Dezam! Did everyone have to pay this much??
  6. Try going to online services and looking at the bottom of the shopping cart page. I realize the classes are going to be difficult in the program, but it just feels so good to finally be IN and working towards something more than prereq's. After a couple of weeks, I will probably counting down until the next break :)
  7. Found my foundations class posted online today...so exciting!!
  8. I don't have an answer for you, but I agree that the financial aid people are not helpful at all!! I hope it gets sorted out for you.
  9. I got my envelope in the mail and it didn't say anything about which pharm section I got....guess I will have to call.
  10. Thanks for the info. I am about to get a disappointing C in organic chem and I still have a week to drop if I need to. I am not sure if that will effect me down the road when I try to apply for the RN-BSN. I hate the idea of doing all that work again and spending the money again, but I don't want any snags later....
  11. Hi, I have the same question about the selective admissions for the RN - BSN programs! It is difficult to find any information besides that they exist. Please post if you find out any information!!
  12. When do the letters go out?
  13. Thanks for the info, hoping i have a shot!
  14. ACK 55,000 for an associates?!
  15. I wonder if the books are the same for each different section?
  16. Congratulations everybody!! I have put in for the 8:30 Monday Pharm class. :)
  17. Hee hee thank you for the dancing baby
  18. Trying to figure out what my back up plan is if I do not get in.......
  19. Did they say if the letters will be going out on time? I will guess 3.79
  20. Hi there, click on this link there is some discussion about the program https://allnurses.com/mi-nursing-programs/occ-program-523300.html I have also applied this year, wishing us good luck!
  21. I don't think anyone will know for sure until we get those letters............
  22. I have also applied. My GPA is 3.93. I can't believe every one is nervous with all these high GPA's! It is crazy. I was kind of thinking that the GPA cut off for this year might not really go up, since some people may have gone to other schools like Macomb CC which recently changed to a GPA ranking system instead of a wait list...I cannot wait to get that letter--hopefully with good news!
