To those scheduled on May 10, it's now May 11. And you should be there before 8am with a notebook and a pen, and your prc id. I guess it's just for orientation. Does anyone know where i could buy white uniform? Not the white scrub suit...
  11. The dean's form in yahoo group is for application of staff nurse. The one for ACPN is no longer available.
  12. Yes, that's for QMMC. We just submitted our application there. Is EAMC still accepting applicants? And is it for volunteer or training?
  13. thanks tron22, i'll try that :)
  14. To dodoy, you have to apply personally. I also had the same situation. My friend asked me to submit her application. But the girl from Nursing office said that the applicant has to sign the application form. Anyway, it only took us 5-10 minutes. We filled up the form and submitted the requirements. That was last March 16. We are to take the exam on May 11.
  15. We submitted our application yesterday, feb 16. There are still slots for May.
  16. Hi spongie, what are the requirements for applying at East Avenue Med Center? Thanks!

to ceftriazone, what did they tell you when they informed you that you're scheduled to have your first day on may 10? In my case, i ask them if there are any requirements i need to pass. They told me to just call before may 10

I'm also going to start on may 10. I submitted my application early July. It was approved a week after. It took 10 months before I got my schedule. Imagine that.... I guess you just really have to apply and apply
  19. hi jidousha, i don't think you need to have the prc card. One of the trainees i met there just passed the recent board exam. So she doesn't have her prc card yet. She just gave her certificate of board rating/passing. But that's only for the 3-day training. You have to have your prc card during completion. After training, we are asked to wait for 2 weeks to know if we pass the training or not. If we do, we're going to complete our cases at Martinez Hospital for 1 week.

I don't think you have to go through CNEP to be able to apply for ANCP. CNEP are for those who graduated 5 years ago, 2004 and below. ANCP is for 2005 and up.... that is according to the person i've spoken with in their training department.
  21. prongs replied to flight027's topic in Philippines
    oops, sorry... yes that's 2010
  22. prongs replied to flight027's topic in Philippines
i spoke with someone from their training department. He informed me that you can only pass application for CNEP if you are a graduate 2004 and below. THe next APCN will be on Feb 2009.
  23. why don't you try martinez memorial? I'm scheduled to have IVT on aug 27-29. You can go there on the 1st day and try if they have people who back out from their reservation. Because there are really people who do backout. You could try, if that place is not so far for you. That's in caloocan.

i passed my application last july 6. Then today, july 20, i called them up and i was informed that my papers have been approved. But no schedule yet. Do you think i'd be part of the august batch? And also, my BLS training has already expired last February, do you think I should update it now?
