  1. Congratulations:cheers: Im so happy for you.You deserve it and good luck at your new job.
  2. I noticed that you go to WGTC from your other post. I do too. I don't know of anywhere else to take the NLN but WGTC usually opens up more test dates as the deadline gets closer because there are so many people that need to take it. I took the test this year and as the April 1st deadline got closer they added alot more test dates than they had initially posted. You just have to keep checking back because even when they did add the extra test dates, they usually filled up within 1 or 2 days.
  3. Thanks. That's great advice. I'll make sure to remember it and pass it on when I start my clinicals in 3 weeks. :)
  4. Congratulations:yeah:. I don't start my program for another 3 weeks. Hope i can do the same. Good Luck and keep up the good work:wink2:
  5. Sheri i don't think you'll look stupid at all. As long as it saves your back from hurting who cares what anyone else thinks. Besides, it sounds like you've already spent enough money on everything else. I just bought my books online today. I was surprised it only cost me $125 for everything. i figured they would change something about the books which is why I waited so long to buy them. I also got the same stethoscope. It had many great reviews.Well it's about 3 weeks and counting:eek:......see you all then.
  6. Good luck. I'm sure you'll do great. Just relax :wink2:.
  7. I'm mot sure if a you would want to drive out to Carrollton but Tanner hospital usually hires new grads. A friend of mine graduated in December '08 and had no problem getting hired on right after graduation at Tanner. I hope this helps and good luck with your job search.
  8. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! CLASS OF 2011. I JUST GOT MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER ALSO. :dncgbby:I LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING EVERYONE IN THE FALL.
  9. Congratulations and good luck in nursing school.:anpom:
  10. Congratulations everyone:hpygrp:. I pray that everyone does great on their interview and I hope to see all of you in class in October.
  11. No. I'm not in that group but I wish I was so i could just get this over with and not have to stress about it anymore. My interview is Monday May 4th between 1-4p.m. but let me know how your interview goes.I'm sure you'll do great.
  12. I finally got the interview letter that I've been stalking the mailman for. When I saw that it was from the school i couldn't stop my hands from shaking. When I opened it as I read the beginning I thought it was a rejection letter but it was indeed my interview time. I am so happy. I can't stop smiling.:) Now I just have to prepare for the interview:eek:. Im sure i'll see everyone there. Good Luck
  13. Has anyone received an interview letter yet? I keep waiting for it to come. As soon as i see the mailman pull up I run outside to see if anything from WCTC has come, but nothing so far. Good Luck to everyone.
  14. Wishing everyone good luck on getting into the program of your choice.:) I'm also waiting to hopefully get selected for an interview and then hopefully selected to the program at WCTC in Georgia.I'm so nervous:barf02:
  15. I am also applying this year and am nervous about getting in the program. I only have a 3.4 gpa and I scored a 95 on the nln but am not sure if it is good enough to get in. When I went to talk to one of the counselors at the school about my score she just said that she couldn't tell me if it was good or not but she did say that alot of students are getting high scores this year which only made me worry more:(.Does anyone know someone that got accepted to the program last year and what their nln score was?
