Hi again. I took the exam last April 13, and will have the orientation on May 16. Does anybody here have any idea for the waiting period between the orientation and deployment (start of the said training) ? All I know, is that, we'll likewise have a hospital tour on the same date of orientation. I'm just wondering if we'll already be on duty by the following day? Thanks in advance. God Bless

opps! Sorry. I should have specified my message. Both hospitals are not accepting applications for their nursing 3-month training program. Maybe we should follow up by mid-April. I dont know about hiring staff nurses .

Hi, i met by chance some nurses yesterday (Mar 21), they were able to submit their application yesterday. Maybe submitting applications personally would be the best idea.

@ Erahmei, can't post the name here. but you can back read - see Page 1 . can you also update us if you're planning to visit QMMC? They are indeed strict on schedules. Make sure to go there either Tue or Fri , from 1pm-3pm.

i am likewise a 2nd courser-graduate from Lanting. it's also the best school for me. Majority of my 2nd courser classmates had their first degree from some of the country's prestigious universities. No doubt that they also were satisfied by the college's curriculum .

Whew!!! I'm turning 26 this year - and about to enter your so called "old" term. I'm also a second courser. Too bad, my first degree is not related to any medical field. i initially had a business course related one. I passed NLE last July, had undergone some trainings like BLS, ECG, ACLS and IVT , but still unemployed. It's really frustrating for my part since I had a great job before I pursued nursing. And now, I'm one of those contributing for our country's unemployment rate. I tried applying in some of the hospitals here in Manila, but unluckily no hospital accepts applications as of the moment...

Hi, I went to QMMC yesterday. And as posted in Accreditation and Affiliations Office, applications for QMMC nursing training program are currently on hold. Please be back by March 2011. But then, my application wasn't accepted. Mr. Security Guard told me that nurses applications will be on Mar 8. Don't know if they will still entertain applications by then even i just got there 4 days ahead. Secondly, at Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, is also not accepting applications as of the moment. As per the nurse in NSO, their 3-month nursing training program just started 2 days ago. And lastly, Marikina Valley Medical Center, is likewise not accepting applications right now. This is really frustrating for us nurses.
