Bump. I'm also taking A&P II in the summer. Not happy about it but I rather take it alone then with nursing. Good Luck to everyone taking A&P in the summer. We're going to need alot of support to get threw this. I like A&P but HATE taking it in the summer !!!!

I have to chim in. I'm starting nursing school in the fall and I'm also so..... afraid of failing out. There is a rumor going around at my school that there is an excessive amount of students failing their last semester of nursing school this year. I feel really bad for these students. To get this far and then fail your last semester is really heart breaking.

I guess you can put me to the :eek::eek: list !!! I started fall '06 on pre's. I just got accepted and will start nursing school this fall. BUT.... there is a reason for this. I only took a class a semester. And there was some requirements that I did'nt have and had to take. So really I could'nt apply till last fall after I completed them. It was unfortunate that I could'nt go full time that's why it took me so long.

:lol2::lol2: Love what your husband said !!! I just got accepted and I'm already worried about feeding them ! Not to memtion the cleaning and the clothes. HOW DO YOU DO IT ALL !!! From now until I start nursing school in the fall I'm going to TRY to get every thing organized around here. The cleaning and the clothes I think I could handle. It's the trying to figure out what I'm going to FEED THEM ! I'm sure in no time my family will sound like your family !:lol2:

Your welcome ! I know all to well what you are going threw. I'm not the typical wait.. You see I could only take one class a semester. And two of the requirements I did'nt have from highschool I had to take. You can do it !!!! I did'nt get caught up in worrying about how long it would take to get in.Because I knew it was going to be long for me. Work hard , do the best you can do, and don't feel wierd if you have to get a tutor. I went for help if I could'nt get it. At our school they have free tutoring. Algebra and chem gave me a beating but I did get two A's. If I did it you could too !! And I studyed alittle each day. Note cards are your friend ! Good Luck ! And remember you WILL get there too !!! :up:

I don't start till the fall , and I'm already starting to get nervous !!! I'm sure you remember that feeling when you got your letter. Total excitement then OMG I'm finally in nursing school. Can I do this !! It's overwhelming I think it's the fear of the unknown. You just have to get settled and into the routine and you will be fine ! Good Luck ! Can't wait to here how it went !

Dear pre-nursing students. I just got that much wanted letter of acceptance letter today !!! It's been a tough long four years working on getting in. There were times when it got rough and I wanted to quit. But I did'nt ! I told myself I don't care what barriers they throw at me I will scale them !!! Don't give up when the times look bleak. Your day will come too !!! It might take longer like it did for me. But YOU WILL GET THERE !!!! And one day hopefully be a NURSE !!!

They did this to me too !! I feel your pain !! I know very little about my new professor not as much as the old. But I have no other choice I have to make the best of it. I can't change now. You might get lucky like I did in the past they changed mine and I got lucky. And liked my new teacher and did well ! I hope I luck out again. Good Luck to you maybe you will get lucky too !!:)

Great thread ! I'm also starting micro next week. Did anyone start yet ? How's it going ? I'm alittle worried because they changed my professor now I don't know what to expect from this new professor. This just sucks I guess I will have to make the most of it. It's to late to change. Keep in touch everyone how's it going and we can put our brains together to do well !

What study tips do you recommend to do well in the reading sec. ? Did the tests you ordered help alot ? And how many did you order ? I'm going to order the net test on line one month before the test. Also I'm going to sign up for the reading lab Did you do the reading lab ? Also one more question. What were your passages about in the reading sec. ? Sorry for all the questions ! Congrads again !!! Thanks for giving me some ideas that can help ! I'm going to have to look for this link that helps you figure out the main idea three ways. What tests are these you can buy ? Are they the eri tests ? I thought there was only one test you can buy ? I'm going to buy it a month before I take the test. It's true about memorizing the tests after you take them. That's the problem I'm am worried about doing in the real test but the only difference is I'm being pulled to my first answer which is wrong ! I just don't get it I"m doing well in pratice tests. The only thing I could think it could be is the scantrons. I never do well when I take tests with these ! My eyes go buggie ! And one other thing I jumped around with the reading but not with the math I could have lost my place. Get back to me how you did I'm sure great !!
