personally i work nights and sometimes i get 3-4 hrs sleep its very hard, but i try not to leave my unit stranded

i believe good handwashing and changing gloves between patients also will be helpful in fighting staph infectioins

Thanks i had no idea there was actual study done previosly . i guess one might really require 8 or more hrs of sleep.
