Hi Marci, I'm not quite sure where Airport Office Park is...I'm assuming this would be where the OLD airport was? I'll have to call and get the info. about that. I was searching online last night, and as far as cost, I found something that gave a price of $23,000.

Anyone attending the Open House on 10/20? Wonder how much this program costs? I see they moved the school from Sewickley to somewhere near the Airport? Anyone know where, exactly? Anyone?:redbeathe

Welcome Kit2011 !! I visit this board often, and there sure are some smart and intelligent people here..I wish there had been a place like this when I was in Nursing the first time (I quit). I bet I don't live too far from you ...I am going back on forth on whether to re-try Nursing, or go the Medical Billing/Coding Route. Anyway, very nice to have you here :wink2:

Oh, so you got a PDA off eBay just to use for the medical stuff, and you don't have to hook it up to any phone service? If so, that's cool.

Can someone tell me what a PDA would be used for in NS? I've seen it mentioned here several times now... when I was in NS the first time (1995-1997) that certainly was not a necessity!

Funny, I just came here to say that! Psychiatric Nursing would be great, I loved Psychology when I took my pre-reqs... I wish I had realized all this the first time around, but everything happens for a reason, I suppose. I'll keep you posted!:redbeathe

Thanks! I have talked about the same thing with my family, too. I even said, If i could just get through NS, I'd get my degree and be set..I could do anything after that...but then I doubt myself, because I already know what to expect in NS, cuz I've been there, which could be a good thing................... or a bad thing!

Spit makes you gag, and you're going through with Nursing? Maybe I should too? I know I can't be the only one who got grossed out at the Nursing Home...but nobody talked to me about it, and I felt all alone. There were no websites like this at that time...

OOohh pharmaceutical SALES would be awesome...I remember a girl on American Idol this year (amanda?), she is an RN, and she sells medical eqipment, they even showed her on the job...that would be cool:nuke:...
