    In my experience wit pead u just have to be careful with them and take things really very slow. for u get things from a child will take a long time which u have to play a longtime and be friendly with them to achieve ur goal

    have seen a lot of issues like this especially where I came from. nurses blow up their young ones mistakes while Dr cover up their young ones mistakes

    due to females dominating nursing profession and also differ culture and languages, there bound to be haters among each other. and also [majorly in nigeria] the older nurse usually against the young and upcoming nurse. the solution to this is PRAYER.
