in pead in a bigger child always say the truth in stylish way when doing a painful procedure and communicate with parents

In my experience wit pead u just have to be careful with them and take things really very slow. for u get things from a child will take a long time which u have to play a longtime and be friendly with them to achieve ur goal

sometimes bigger children malinger pain just to get attention

I specialized ini emergency nursing but work in a pediatric department . mostly parents are a lot of challenge and younger kids not being able to express what is wrong with them

have seen a lot of issues like this especially where I came from. nurses blow up their young ones mistakes while Dr cover up their young ones mistakes

due to females dominating nursing profession and also differ culture and languages, there bound to be haters among each other. and also [majorly in nigeria] the older nurse usually against the young and upcoming nurse. the solution to this is PRAYER.

I never thought of being a nurse , it was the desire of my dad that made a nurse .And encouragement from my family is wat kept me in nursing. although some friends said WHY AM I NOT GOING FOR THE BEST (meaning i should be a doctor ). thank God am a nurse.

In nigeria skivvies are refer to as use ,abused,dump. because people see us as always carrying drs order even if itright or wrong.but nurses in government hosp are usually repected.also nurses earn little but work harder. Your friend is either jealous of you or afraid that you would be more successful than her.. NURSING A NOBLE PROFESSION

i have gotten more information and it has also change my attitude toward other nurse .

i was called in to assit a RN nurse in suctioning a patient who was rushed into the ER .the pt sustained a broken skull from a fatal accident {imagine seeing some cruhed soft tissue} it was so disgusting cos i could see the internal organs.the pt survived it after the procedure

From what i read i felt MJ has been addicted to the drug .the nurse did the right thing though she disclose it to the public,she should have kept it confidencial
