  2. Nobody in this county will hire an LPN.

    It must be related to where you are in the country. Here in the south LPNs are very high in demand. Yes, they hire MAs here but MAs cannot give out controlled substance medications. Where I work the majority are LPNs.

    I am with the mind set that I prefer strict instructors that push their students to be and do the very best possible. I personally look at it as a challenge.

    One thing that has helped me get through all the prerequisites for nuring is that I made study cards. I take them everywhere and look at them often. With the nursing class I will continue to do the cards but I also want to record the classes.
