I am 1 of 4 males in a class of 90... ay yay yay! Don't know what to expect!! :imbar

:yeah:congrats to everyone who got accepted to the spring 09 program. i got accepted as well, to the houston program. to the people familiar with the program, i am curious to know what the average percent (or count) of the class is men. i'm a man coming from a testosterone filled career environment (computers), into this female dominated field. so, i am a bit nervous.... any information pertaining to your experience with (or observation of) male students will be very informative. thanks!

I have taken both, not that different at all. The computer NET I took did not have the A&P section, but it was all pretty much the same. We were allowed to proceed to the next section w/out waiting, and the test results are available immediately after completion. It's all about the particular school's preference.

I applied for the Houston program and I got my letter on Wed in Houston. Not sure what the min scores were, but if it helps, I have a 3.86 GPA (no .4 added) and my net score was 67. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

thanks a bunch for sharing. yes, i applied for the houston program. hopefully my 3.86 gpa will make it for houston. my net reading score wasn't that great either, got 69. feeling extremely anxious at this point.

Does anyone know how the four semesters are laid out in TWU's two year program? Does it include summer (as in SP, SU, FA, then SP), or is it just spring and fall in both years?

Congrats Mbln, it means you got in. I got mine as well last week, and the crazy thing is, I thought someone opened it too. I think they got a bad batch of envelopes with ineffective adhesive. I hope nothing fell out. I just sent out the 5 items due Oct 31st, still waiting to hear from TWU.

Has anyone else received the interview invitation? I still haven’t heard anything. My GPA is very competitive, but my NET score is nothing impressive, so I don’t really now how I rank in their assessment score. Does anyone know if it indicates in your status when you get an invitation?
