lawrence, how would y know that the case was reviewed? i checked my online status, and i see some updates but no change in status. it is still pending,. when it is reviewed do u see updated or should it say processed..oh i got my work permit extension in a month,, so it does not take long to extend it..

Lawrence, I have a question.. When i go to check my I485 status online, it says pending.. my friend just told me that his says it is processed. I hope my file is ok

Suzzanne, My lawyer told me, that he is nto even sure if they will process my file even though my i 140 WAS APPROVED, they have too many applications.. what do y think

Suzzane, EB3 lumps alot of countries toghether in the worldwide category, do they look at the individual countires. are there alot of polish nationality nurses? when is the next quater to relaese visas for EB3. thank y

hi everybody, it has been while and no news yet about ending retrogression . I quess it is gonna take a while. if anybody needs to work on Opt in NYC. i can suggest one hospital that is hiring right now. Lawrence and Suzanne, I talked to my lawyer in regards to being sponsored by my husband, and they told me to wait few months for relieve of retrogression. if not, i can always do it. but thank y for y input. thank y

[ hello i know suzanne is on vacation,,maybe lawrence will be able to answer this quesion. i got married recently to american citizen, but i had already my papers field with the hospital, and it is in progress, i 140 is approved. shall i wait for retrogression to be lifted or file again from my husband/? hwo long would that take? i feel like it would be a waist of time to file it again, but i want to make sure ,, thanks

Hi everyone, My papers were send on 21 september 2006, I 140 approved on december 2006, and I 485 updated on january 3, and 4. it is still pending and no request was send for additional documents. I did send visa certificate, medical exam all toghether. My question is, shall they approve I 485 if it was send before retrogression but updated when retrogression was in effect. can aybody share their story if y have similar priority date? my lawyes said it will stay pending unitil retrogression is lifted.. thanks

hi lawrence, i feel discouraged with all those bills comming, and nothing happening yet. Iam going to prolong my EAD in april. it is good up to october. my lawyer said it must be done 6 months before it expires.
