  1. I already signed a contract with a certain agency and my jobsite will be NY. My concern rightnow is the fact that no employer is willing to start the immigration process since they do not know for sure when will the retrogresion will be over. Does this mean that my agency will not file the I-140 for me? Do i have to wait until retrogresion will be lifted before my processing will be started?
  2. Anybody can send me a PM about agency who process H1C visa. I think I can handle the chalenge. Thanks
  3. Suzanne is correct. u Know wht? Ur problem is how to get back to phil once u leave this country. U will be deny of entering philippines for declaring that you came from a wealthy and political family which is mainly the reason why our country is a chaotic one. Im sure phil would be a better place minus one member of a political clan. :)LOL i suggest u inquire it to the proper authority. GUDLUCK to ur exam.:)
  4. I visited this site https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=TSC and it was posted there that they are processing cases with reciept notice of august 21 2006. I thought it mean that ONLY cases with reciept notice before this date (august 21, 2006) will be approve or at least be process? How come some cases filed after this date (august 21, 2006) got approve?
  5. I dont have the number of years rquired but my IELTS band score in all areas are qualified enough. Still, I wont qualify for NZ or OZ due to lack of experince. I gues il stick to my US dream since this great forum supplied me with enough information to make my dream come to life.

  7. ok. Thnx for the info. Hope that can help me decide where to work and settle down. I am thorn between going to new zealnd which is faster, and migrating to US which is slower in process though more lucrative. Sounds like in the middle of two worlds. wish i can have a win-win with this. Where i can work in new zealnd while waiting for my us greencard.
  8. THanks suzanne for the info. I dont have an employer yet. Still on deciding stage where to start. Do think it is a wise choice for me to work in new zealand while waiting for my US greencard? What is that type of contract that i have to complete?
  9. I am interested in working in newzealand. I already passed the NLCEX exam, however due to the length of processing for US greencard, I am opting to work in new zealand. I went to a certain agency, they require me to pay P 180,000 for placement fee and 6000$ for competency enrollment in New Zealand. Is this reasonable? Hope somebody can help me.
  10. I am an NLCEX and ielts passer, howver due to length of IMMIGRATION PROCESS for US, I am thinking to work in NEW Zealand since the processing time is only 5mos. My question is, will it affect my immigration process for US green card if I will work in new zealand? I am planning to work in new zealnd while waiting for my US greencard. By the way I have not yet started my immigration visa application for USA.
