I hope someone can help me. It's been many years since I've been in school. I went to a private LPN school about 10 years ago. I am pretty sure that I don't have any credits to transfer. I'm would like to get into a bridge program. LPN-RN I'm not sure where and what to start with. HELP

I must be over doing myself. I got across basic drug calculation today and my mind just went blank. For the life of me I could not remember formulas and method that should have been inbeddin in my brain. aaahh.. I don't want that to happen to me again during test time. does anyone have a great tricks and trades they have been using. Thanks....

does anyone know how many times you can take your nclex-pn in CT without having to take a refresher course? I know FlL (3x)has a limit I am just not sure about CT,

I took care of a famous dancer from 60's. She was very kind and greatful. It was in a home care setting so we had plenty of time to be one on one. We reminise about good old days. It was a very pleasant experince. I thanked her for sharing it with me and I think it made her happy to talk about that time of her life.

I have the same issues, however mine don't stay that long. Usually just a week or so.... good luck.

Congratulations:balloons:. YOur ganna do great. From my experince the best nurses where CNA's.(just my opinion) take it from me. I am currently studing to take the nclex-pn. I have been a CNA for the last 9 years. My 3 sister are all nurses and they wished they had CNA experience before going into nursing. Your ganna be great. Good luck.

I have to pass it this time. when we move to hawaii in june of 2008 I plan getting into a bridge program LPN-BSN. I will pass I WILL PASSSSS. so God help me I will pass. I don't have a date yet. I started Suznne tips I am waiting for her response. I might be taking mine the middle of jan. congrats. I too will be taking the test for the 3rd time. I just strated Suzannes tips. I saw some thread with nov. dec. support group. is there one for jan for maybe feb. strating soon? I hope so. since i have't schedule my test yet. I really don't know when I will start.

TOday I read you post and I made a promise to myself that I am going to do it finally. It's so nice to see so many good people out there. Thank you all for all your input, reading all your input ready warms my heart and motivated me. I took the test twice already, the first time I took it right out of school, highly motivated and feeling like I had made it. I was wrong! The second time I took it I failed again and it just broke my heart. I began to think what if I have to go back to school and retake PN school over again. i don't know how often you can take the test. Now GOING for the 3rd time. I have high hopes and my family is all cheering for me.It's been 2 years already and I am running out of motivation. Does anyone have any study guide or comments in reviewing...? WISH ME LUCK

I finish lpn school 1 year ago.I took the test and failed.. I have been very discourage to retake. :chair: I've been hiding behind being a mommy for a while and i know i really need to get the ball rolling . I could really use some good study guide from anyone.... hellllllpppp
