    The NPSB has nothing to do with disciplinary action. The board is there to appoint, promote and award. Don't worry yourself and that should be on a unit level/possible reeducation. patient harmed?

    The statement above is correct regarding report parameters. Also there should be a case manager you report to for administrative purposes? Maybe reach out to them getting report parameters ordered if not in chart etc...

    Change can be good ! We as humans get comfortable. Be aware the VA hiring process takes a little time so don’t get discouraged. You will definitely have to get acls certified for ICU and you will be in training for probably 4+ weeks. You got this:) V...
