Hey there, it's taking me two. I've already completed my first year and I'll be applying for the program and taking my TEAS this upcoming spring semester. I'm in Maryland and starting at a community college although I will be going for my BSN. Hope this helps!
I already have a (unrelated) Masters- so I did 3 courses this summer and have 1 this fall. Another obstacle is that all classes have to be less than 10yrs ago, so I'm taking 2 for the 2nd time.
It took me 1 year to finish the pre reqs I needed to be accepted to my ADN program. If you're going the BSN route it should take you 2 years if you register 12+ credits each semester and also take some classes during the summer sessions.
Four years (9 terms), one more year to go. I deliberately took that long because I don't want to go full time until next year, in either nursing school or prereqs.
