thanks suzanne for the wonderful plan...i did ur plan and some additional questions..but ur plan guided me to start off my study plan...thank u...ur the best

just a few tips :

meds are so important...focus on them-i did med cards and they were extremely helpful a few days before test i made sure i review them everyday

infection control-u gotta know 1110%

lab values -i think i will fail this exam if i didnt know my labs....all about labs...make cards too and write them down so u remember more

delegation is a must...roles of rn, lvn, cna

exam is really different from the books but it really tests ur understanding of pt care and related diseases- so rather than just doing questions, its a really good idea to learn the pathophysio too...understand it well and relate it well...

here are the books that i did

saunders nclex rn reveiw-latest edition-do the cd that comes with it-over 700 q about drugs and many more

Q& A review for nclx rn examination-saunders-

pharmacology made easy for nclex rn review and study guide- the chicago review press-u gotta do this book...its a great reveiw

prioritization delegation assignment by linda A lacharity

Mosby's comphrensive review

alternate format questions 250

hope that helps....good luck to all of you...to the october takers esp:nurse:
