Paper license?

I had to request one when I changed my name, so I'm assuming not. I had to pay for the new copy. In fact, I don't think I got a paper one at my last renewal, either.

That is interesting that you didn't get one last time because I did. I have it right in front of me. Perhaps I got paper because I renewed via mail last time. This is first time I renewed via internet. I thought perhaps something would be different once I started renewing via internet. Thus this post.

As far as I know we're still getting paper licenses. My employer I just got hired with asked me for mine. If we weren't getting them, why would they still ask for them?

I renewed via internet and they mailed me a paper license.

Well, now I wonder where my paper license is. Heck.

I received a paper license when I renewed mine last time in 2010.

How do you renew online?

Sorry if this is stupid, but I've been all over the website and I could only find the downloaded form part. I searched for somethng online and can't find it.

Also, this is my 1st renewal so I don't need the CEU's but the form asks "yes or no" if they're done...if I'm checking the no box, is there a way to add a comment that I don't need them, or will they figure that out? I've emailed them and not gotten a response, thanks for any help.

This is the web address for online renewals. It will ask for your registration code, or something similar. It's located on the front of your wallet card, but not on the big paper license.
