Official Transcripts

Hello,

I am a prenursing student ready to apply to some ADN and BSN programs.

Has anyone not include ALL of their transcripts from colleges? I attended a Cal State 10 years ago for 2 quarters and got all Fs because I registered and never went to class. 

It is going to cost time and more money to get those transcripts. 

Would withholding information like that considered academic fraud or something?

    It depends on what the school is asking for.  If they are requesting transcripts from all schools attended, then yes you would need to submit them.  Not doing so could be considered a lack of academic integrity and grounds for dismissal if found out.

    Some schools will only accept credits completed in the past 5 yrs. Those 10 yr old credits may not be an issue.
