    Hello, I am a prenursing student ready to apply to some ADN and BSN programs. Has anyone not include ALL of their transcripts from colleges? I attended a Cal State 10 years ago for 2 quarters and got all Fs because I registered and never went to class. It is going to cost time and more money to get those transcripts. Would withholding information like that considered academic fraud or something?
