First off I want to thank anyone and everyone who takes the time to respond to this thread.
I was a senior in my nursing program and was suffering from some pretty bad harassment from an older nursing instructor. After the nursing instructor failed me out of clinicals, I reported her to the Assistant Dean for her conduct and not following the syllabus. The assistant dean told me that there was nothing she could do and that I should see the dean. I went ahead and followed my chain of command, and worked my way up the ladder, but the further I went, the more severe the harassment got. Eventually every single nursing instructor failed me out of clinicals, which was just incredibly devastating to me in my last semester, especially considering the fact that I was passing all the lecture courses. The instructors even went as far as to fail me out for things not stated in the syllabus or things that contradicted the student handbook we were given. I was literally the only nursing student that failed clinicals the entire year.
With all of this said, I have enough evidence for a lawsuit, but I still want to become a nurse, as I have worked over 3 years for this and I am currently able to pass the NCLEX. I have been told that there are some nursing programs that will simply pencil whip the paperwork, so that I can go take my state boards. Has anyone else ever done this or have experience in this?

Ask those who told you. Also, most of the time, you should be able to repeat the course you failed. Why aren't you able to repeat your class?

Were you on time to all of your clinicals or was there a med error? Those are the only things I could think of for there to be a unanimous fail. Issues like being on time, & not missing a clinical are very important for the clinical portion of NS.
This being your last semester and you have obviously passed until this point, I would appeal.

Just asking all of these questions in a blunt but kind way.... what is your evidence? You haven't provided anything here except you had an "older" nursing instructor.

Clinical passing is a whole different set of requirements: as said here:

I would also add,, was your charting complete always? For example, for a cardiac patient, did you complete a full cardiac assessment? What about other systems? I once had a student chart urine output for a patient that was anuric.

Are you qualified but just need to pass your last clinical?

What does "pencil whip" mean? Surely you don't want to be passed because you paid tuition although you did not meet the objectives...or do you? If you want to protest your failure you better have your clinical evidence to back up your passing the objectives..
I have posted on previous semesters that AN gets posts like this every May and December. Students who don't come here when failing for advice but come here to complain about an unfair final grade. You might want to use the search box to look at replies previously given for posts of December 2021, May 2021, December 2020 etc. Many constructive solutions have been given or proposed.

Frankly, you wouldn't be here if you have a case. I'm not a lawyer, but I can think and read.

Did you talk to the clinical teachers and ask why you failed? Did they literally just fail you but never say what you are doing wrong?

Because I was told to not waste my time at a second attempt, because I'd be failed out again. I was also told they would deny my re-admission, because of poor clinical performance.

You can't simply walking in and take the NCLEX in my state. Each nursing student must have attended and passed a nursing school to sit for the NCLEX.

So I'm not here for legal advice (I have an attorney for that) I'm here searching for a nursing school that will get me in and out with the credit hours and knowledge I currently have.
I would like to ask that you simply stop replying to this post. You have said absolutely nothing of value, steered completely off topic and made completely unnecessary and meaningless comments.
Your thinking and reading skills are in baffling to say the least.

I didn't have a med error or any sort of late shows.
I didn't want to get too into detail about things here, but long story short the clinical instructor made some comments about me and my Hispanic fiancé, political comments on my assignments, ignored medical excuses, berated me in front of the nursing staff (so badly that other nurses are willing to testify) and that is scratching the surface.
The ultimate reason she had for failing me out was that my paperwork showed a deficit knowledge in the subject matter (despite me passing the lecture), and her comments on the work didn't match the grades she gave me on the paperwork.
I went to her supervisor, and they immediately retaliated and began to fail me in all my clinical rotations for the same reasons (except for one class that I have an adjunct teacher in and received lots of praise and an A.) Eventually her supervisors boss (vice-chancellor) was contacted and I was told, "she didn't like a post you made on facebook, so shes harassing you." I later found out that I didn't even make this alleged post (talking about how inappropriate she is) I was just tagged in it and didn't even realize it.
After a while of this treatment I started secretly recording conversations and gathering witnesses and evidence - which is why I have sufficient evidence of this harassment ready for court. What I do not know is if the court can have them reverse the grades, or if I will need to finish somewhere else. I'm preparing for all outcomes.

I want to start by saying again that this isn't about the legalities of the situation, but about where I can easily finish nursing school at. I have an attorney handling the legal situation.
As far as your questions about charting, that is exactly what I was failed on. In our school, clinical paperwork is a ridiculous process. In most the local colleges, it only takes a few hours to complete clinical paperwork - it took me roughly 13 hours a week to complete it, and they can and will find reasons to fail you on it, even if it isn't in their syllabus.
Once again though, this isn't about the failure, it's about how to finish.
"Surely you don't want to be passed because you paid tuition although you did not meet the objectives...or do you?"
Yes, absolutely I do. I passed every single lecture, did all the insane paperwork, clinical hours and met every expectation according to the syllabus agreement and nursing handbook.
I do not have the time, money or energy to restart in another program somewhere else, and chance this encounter elsewhere. I need to take the NCLEX now, I need to work now.

I kind of explained it above. It was for various reason with clinical paperwork, which were either left out of instructors, syllabus or against our handbook, but the underlying reason was harassment.
Talks with this teacher were short lived and usually involved her screaming at me in front of peers and nursing at the hospital.

This is extremely unlikely. While state BONs set the content that must be covered, schools can arrange that content as they wish. Therefore, courses may not be equivalent from one school to another, and this is why the vast majority will not accept nursing credits from another. Additionally, a set number of credits in the major are typically required to be completed at the school granting the degree.
