Bought my pin for our pinning ceremony and LOVE IT! Very high quality and craftsmanship. The pin is beautiful! I got the RN silver pin with the diamond gemstone! It's perfect :)

Nursing pin for RN registered nurse pinning ceremony graduation

Congratulation on your upcoming graduation. May your pin bring you good vibes when you wear it.

I have 2 - my first program and then my BSN. I would wear them both.

Note - there will probably some folk who just aren't impressed with any of the sentimentality of graduation ceremonies. Enjoy yours and good luck for your future. personally & professionally.

So your school doesn't have its own pin? You're buying a generic "RN" pin?

Yes we get out own Pins! I like the one I bought much better then many others I have seen!

THANK YOU so much! Congrats to you! May you enjoy as well and have a fantastic future!!! :)

The original point of "pinning" was not whether you liked the pin or not, the point was that it was your school pinning you with the school's pin to indicate the final "stamp of approval" before they sent you out into the world. What is the point of doing a "pinning" with a generic "RN" pin (esp. since, by definition, none of the graduates is an RN yet)? Is this one of those "pinning ceremonies" that the students are putting on for themselves?

Our school only gives generic pins for pinning ceremony. We have to purchase a pin on our own if we want a high quality one.
