Hi, i just want to share with guys a hospital that accepts volunteer nurses.

Dr jose rodriguez memorial hospital in tala,caloocan accepts volunteer nurses for a min of 3months, extension would dpend on ur performance and other factors.

I passed the requirements, then undergone the medical exam (cbc, ua, fa, chest xray) and waited for the results. Right after i completed the req, they asked me to come back Monday to start.

Req completed:oct10

Asked to start:oct14

So basically it was my first day today, it was fine. Youll be assigned to different departments. During my college days we had our duty at their ER. Experience was great, which made me decide to train here.

2. Updated resume with 2x2 picture

3. Credentials (photocopy)

TOR

Diploma

PRC license (RN/RM)

IVT License and BLS certif (preferably)

4. 1x1 ID pic (green bground) 1pc

5. Notarized Working Agreement(accomplihed at the hospital)

6. Residence Certif(CEDULA) - original and latest

7. Brgy Certif, NBI, or Police Clearance (any of the three)

8. 1/2 index card with 2x2 picture

Note: pls enclose ur documents in a plastic(transparent) folder or envelope and arrange in chronological order.

Expenses: 180 - id, p.fee, pe, then there's another that isnt written legibly on the receipt

200 - chest xray

290 - cbg, ua, fa

150 - for the notary of the working agreement

The training is free, and this is voluntary. No allowance, but will definitely gain experience :)

If I remember correctly, from SM FAIRVIEW, ride a jeepney with a signage of TALA or MALARIA. Just inform the driver where are you going.

UPDATE ON HOSPITALS FROM THE SOUTH University of Perpetual Help Medical Center -I was told by the HR that the screening for their training program which is similar to St. Luke's PGNT will start on OCTOBER. So all aspiring applicants can still submit their resume at the HR Lower Basement of UPHMC Alabang Medical Center -Accepts volunteer nurses only -Last time I went there, I learned that they have no HR (Yet to be verified?) so I was instrucrted to proceed to the Pharmacy and look for Ms ****. She initially asked me whether I have applied to other hospitals. -Not sure if there is an allowance. -Requirements include: *Resume *Photocopy of TOR *Photocopy of Board Rating *Photocopy of IVT, BLS and other trainings I can't remember the other requirements she asked for so bring all the things you deem important to applying. -MAKE SURE TO GO THERE IN THE MORNING because I went there in the afternoon and she told me it was best if I went there in the morning (For the interview I guess?) Las Pinas Doctror's Hospital -I was told by the lady at the information counter that they only process applications with referrals from the owners/stock holders Medical Center Muntinlupa -I heard they're hiring trainees again. But this is only second hand information. It's best if you find out yourself :) Asian Hospital -A friend told me that they are hiring but if you ask the HR, they will tell you otherwise.
