Heya andy. I certainly hope so. They kept on bugging me to send my IDs cause they said my hospital is very eager to deploy us asap. It was a 2-week wait and boy that was fast. UCLH emailed me my CoS so as soon as you receive yours, do inform the agency as to have an appointment with uk visa and immigration :) btw, what's your hospital assignment?

Hi @NikkiFlores! When were you interviewed by King's? I think there are still a lot of pending applications from last year. And I was only interviewed last March. It seems like UCLH and Addenbrooke are deploying nurses quicker than King's, but I'm not sure.

petrick, RN nope not yet. when is your date of deployment? i guess you are one of those leaving next month? omanfil just gave me a tentative date on Aug and told me to just wait for the official COS.. i think they just requested for it since I just passed my nmc forms last week.. congrats!!! how long did you wait for the cos??

We are both under Omanfil and just like you, they also told me August as the tentative date of deployment and I was also told to wait for the COS as I also submitted both my documentary and online requirements last week. If I may ask, to what hospital are you signed up for? Did they also ask you to submit all your original documents to their office? Because I just submitted mine earlier today :)

Hi @thesportyscribe I'm also under OMANFIL for King's College. Don't you find it weird that we still did not sign contracts directly from King's? I have friends under addenbrooke who already signed contracts directly from their employers but King's did not draw up contracts for us yet. Just like you I'm also waiting for my decision letter. ������������

Hi NikkiFlores! I am under Omanfil-Addenbrookes and yes they have sent me an offer letter which I had to send them back signed. Maybe that is not the case for King's.. But did they also ask you to send your original documents to Omanfil's office? And by the way, which one will be sent to us first, certificate of sponsorship or decision letter?

I am for Addenbrookes :) You're referring to the requirements that are to be sent to NMC right? I think the date of our COS arrival would depend on the assessment queue. They also didn't tell me a specific date when will my COS arrive. But they said my deployment will probably on August, well that is if there will be no more problems in my assessment stage, which I am hoping. Will we receive COS first then the decision letter?

hello! for the verification, you have to pay SAR300 to NCB then go to their office. submit the receipt and present them the original and photocopy of your Saudi council ID and certificate with your College Diploma as BSN. Then you can wait for a few minutes to fill it out then signed by their Supervisor. you are good to go. it takes only a less than an hour. if the supervisor is out or on vacation, then it will take days. by the way, you will be the one to send it and not the Saudi Council. hope this helps.
