I don't know my hospital assignment yet. Can we already know? I just thought it will only show up in the COS. What's your area and hosp?? How was your experience during the visa processing? Did you pay for it or did Sir Raymond shoulder it? I remember him mentioning that he will pay the visa fee thru his credit card..

hi! I'm under Omanfil-UCLH. Yes I've already submitted my original documents 2 wks ago. :)

how do we know if nmc has already received our documents? (aside from tracking it) Cause my documents have already reached London but I haven't heard from NMC yet. I know this is because of the large number of applications they cater each day.. Will they send me an email or will it appear on my online nmc account?

andy_rn, I have the same question regarding the visa processing. I've asked the processing assistant and she said just prepare 8K, hmmm so probably not sure about them shouldering the processing fee(s).

Regarding our NMC docs I think it has been mentioned here that it will appear in our NMC accounts if they have already received them and up for assessment. However, we could contact their hotline to be 100% sure. I am also waiting for their confirmation of receiving my requirements as I submitted mine last week and arrived London this week.

i did it when I was there. I am back here in the Philippines. I am not sure how you do it but I think you have to ask someone, try to write authorization letter and see how that goes. just give them photocopies I think that will do. where will you get it from? Riyadh? or Jeddah?

The download links for the documents you sent will have a phrase beside them saying that it has been received. Also, they will email you if your assessment period has begun.

thesportyscribe They told me that for King's we just have to wait for our respective COS and the target date of depoyment is on the 7th of August

Hi johnnnius. Yes they asked me to send original documents but it takes time for PRC to stamp a certified true copy on a photocopy of my ID so I'll send it this Monday. Regarding the COS and DL I've heard of someone who is already in the UK as an HCA while waiting for their decision letter so it really depends on your hospital. But I was told that it takes time to process the visa so maybe COS should be given first.

hi @NikkiFlores. when did you submit all your NMC docs? and when did you ask omanfil about the tentative date of deployment? regarding the PRC ID, mine was not stamped as certified true copy. i visited the office and they were the one who scanned it. they just actually need to review it to make sure it's real. hehehe

heya @thesportyscribe maybe because I'm from the province and not in metro manila so they required a stamp. I submitted all my NMC forms last week too and they told me that they mailed via DHL all our docs to the UK last Thursday. I didn't ask when they were gonna deploy us. They just informed me during one of their 'daily calls' last week. lol

Just received my decision letter earlier today. Next step is COS.

@NikkiFlores. I am also from the province. :) But I was in Manila last week, so I dropped by the office. It's a good thing they offered to send your NMC forms; others are not aware that Omanfil provides such service. I submitted my NMC forms to them last week, but they told me they would only submit it the week after. So I believe mine was mailed to London just yesterday. Did you mail your docs to Omanfil early last week? I was there Thursday, so maybe I was too late. hehehe. It's a good thing they informed you about the tentative date. I really haven't gotten any calls lately. I sent them an SMS, but I did not get a reply.
