Hey! I also had the same problem before. I believe there is a "Forgot Password" link somewhere. You just have to reset your password. It worked for me.

PS Double check if you are entering in the right website. It should be ireg.nmc instead of the nmc website.

> registration certificate copy is our board certificate?

> police certificate copy is our NBI clearance?

Yeah, I took mine there 2 weeks ago. I was planning on checking the results on the PV site after 48 hours when I would have been safely back home, but they emailed me 5 hours later anyway saying I passed.

Yes on all 3.

To be safe, just get a new one.

Never heard of it or needed it so probably not. Again, just to be safe, ask your agency.

in the reference form for employer, does our nursing service director qualify to provide the data needed even though she is a nun? or should I just ask for my supervisor or head nurse to do it instead? thank you!

The person needed for the reference MUST be a registered nurse. Now if she is a nun as well as a nurse then she can qualify. If not, your supervisor and head nurse will do.

Hi! I cannot open my NMC-UK account to pay for the final assessment fee. After entering the log-in details, the screen prompts that my account is not yet authorized after it was locked for entering the wrong password three times. I called the NMC-UK but the advice they gave was to retry entering my details every after 30 minutes to 1 hour.

I have been doing what they told me and clicked the forgot password link for more than 10 times to reset the password but the same is prompted on the screen that my account is not yet authorized even though I received the confirmation via email that I can log on to my account to pay the fees.

Also, I have been trying to log in to my account since last night every after 1 hour using different tools such as mobile phone, laptop, desktop and used different browser from safari to mozilla and google chrome.

HELP!

Hi! I dont know how to help you. I can only suggest that you call the nmc again and send them an email regarding your concern. I sincerely hope that you can access your account soon

I did not receive an email from NMC to confirm that I don't have any outstanding document on my file. I checked my NMC account, under the full application and assessment tab, though the info I entered were read only, I noticed beside Registration Authority Verification, Reference forms 1 & 2, Form to accompany transcript of training and Declaration of Good Health, it says "This document has been received."

Do I still need to follow up with NMC on the 26th? Even though my documents are complete, I still don't have a date when to take the OSCE. Or am I still in assessment stage? Thanks for the big help!

Hello everyone !!

I just want to ask if the experience as a Private Duty Nurse can be accepted as a post-registration experience? And if yes, is it fine to ask the head nurse of the floor (where patients are mostly from ICU and required PDN's) to fill in the employer reference form, though the job is not directly under the hospital? I have done this for about six months and I am planning to include it on my registration credentials.

I hope someone out there could answer my queries. Thanks.
