NMC Test Online

I did not receive an email from NMC to confirm that I don't have any outstanding document on my file. I checked my NMC account, under the full application and assessment tab, though the info I entered were read only, I noticed beside Registration Authority Verification, Reference forms 1 & 2, Form to accompany transcript of training and Declaration of Good Health, it says "This document has been received."

Do I still need to follow up with NMC on the 26th? Even though my documents are complete, I still don't have a date when to take the OSCE. Or am I still in assessment stage? Thanks for the big help!

Hello! I took the exam today and I gladly passed it. :) I got the result after 6hours! I've been a follower of this thread since I prepared for the exam and I must say this was big contribution. I am eternally grateful for all the tips that I got here. However, my problem is that I cannot move on to pay for the full assessment stage because I cannot access my NMC-UK account, as it keeps on showing that my account is not yet authorised. I already emailed NMC but I'm still waiting for their reply. If you know any solutions to this, I need your help. Thank you :)

Now that is a worrisome problem similar to the other guy in this topic as well. I suggest you perhaps try again after 24 hours to see if you get the authorization to pay. After that, if you're still stuck, I highly recommend calling NMC and make sure you make them understand that you've already taken some measures yet you're still unable to proceed. It's more often than not a problem on their end so they must be the one to take action instead of giving people pointless troubleshooting tips.

Anyone of you guys had their medical already? How long is it valid? I'm a bit sketchy about it as my agency is already lining me up for a medical next week. And knowing that the Assessment Phase will take almost about 3 mos, I'm afraid it will expire prior to me being granted a visa. Thanks guys!

hi guys, my NMC-UK account is already opened. i called NMC and they authorized my account through their domain. Hay! Why didn't they do it the first 2 calls I made.

I am now uploading my documents however I do not know what to put in the details on the second page regarding the qualifications. are the dates the first day of school and the date of graduation? is the training institution the college I went to? also, do I put 10 for the years of primary and secondary before the RN? i already downloaded all the forms and will accomplish all by next week.

regarding the employer's reference, my latest employer is a private rehabilitation center owned by a dentist and a psychiatrist. it has a psychologist and an administrator. i do not have any superior nurse because i am the oldest nurse in my batch so far. to whom should i ask to fill it out? i read before in this thread that it should be a NURSE?

Hello all! I took the CBT today and passed!!! Thank you very much for the members here who have advised inputs on what topics to revise. Is it true that assessment stage would take 3 months? I have a prior application with NMC's old rules and hoping that they would accept some of my documents I have sent them.

@dianaoldfieldThey will only consider the forms and accompanying documents you submitted to them from pack 2 of the old scheme provided these were dated less than 9 months at present. If this applies to your previously submitted documents, you need to email them at [email protected] to make a request for transfer of these documents or call them personally.Your passport, registration and birth certificate, diploma, and police clearance will not be transferable so you need to upload these yourself to your account page.

@patzieiztapThat's great to hear that you've finally solved that problem.You should ask your school about the exact dates since you'll be going there anyway to have them fill out your transcript of training. And yes, it's 10 years for elementary and high school. As for the employer reference, you can ask some of your nurse managers or supervisors. Don't you have a nurse director, or is that your role? It doesn't have to be someone superior to you so long as they have a significant position in the institution and is a registered nurse. If nobody has sent you any guides yet, I would be willing to send you one my agency has distributed to us. My internet is still a bit wonky, though so I'll probably be able to send it later today.
