Talk with at least 4 new nursing graduates who have been working for at least 3 months and no more than 3 years. Make sure 2 are recent graduates and 2 have been working for more than 18 months. Ask them about their socialization to nursing after graduation. Did any of them experience difficulty transitioning from school to clinical practice? If so, how long did it last? Did they recover? If so, how?

Please talk to real live people. You have absolutely no way to fact check that any of us are nurses...

And really, copying and pasting directly from the assignment? At least try a little initiative.
Would you have rather me paraphrase the assignment and ask the same question in a different manner? Is this forum not for nurses? I would have thought someone would have replied with some input instead of criticizing. Thanks but no thanks. Any new nurses who would like to provide some insight would be greatly appreciated.

You're not really asking for insight. You're asking random internet strangers to do your homework for you.
Not cool.
Esp. Since what you clearly.copied here begins with "talk"

Thanks, but no thanks. I'm not willing to type up a whole response for you- it's your assignment, not mine. You're also asking for pretty personal info on an anonymous Internet forum. If I had somebody in school approach me and ask to sit down over a cup of coffee (or tea) to help them with an assignment like this I would be more than happy to. Expecting me to do it for you? No dice.
also hint: these assignments if done right are a great networking tool.

When you graduate and ask for recommendations from nursing instructors or preceptors, would you just copy/paste the instructions from the application in an email and leave it at that? I certainly hope not.
That's what you did here with your homework assignment. Learn some professionalism...tout de suite.

It seems like it is too often I see on here students posting wanting to do an interview for some class on here. I am sure when their instructors gave them the assignment they were not thinking the student would be posting the questions on some internet forum and hoping to get the interview questions answered that way! The point of the assignment is to go OUT INTO THE WORLD that you are working towards becoming a part of one day, meet people, interact with them, learn some new things, and it is a great way to network (as AceofHearts said).
OP - You have absolutely NO idea if the people are who they say they are on here. Of course, we would hope that they are, but there is no way to actually no. Whenever I did an assignment like this in school, I had to give the name of the person I interviewed, along with where they worked, and other information. What would you put, their screen name? It just seems like it would be much easier to go to a hospital, pick a unit, and go and ask if there are any new graduates!
