I would simply choose a state, and apply. Worst that could happen is that your application is rejected. Good luck.

I didn't know that there was a limit on how many times you can attempt taking the exam in a particular state.

the BON in Indiana deny me of testing for NCLEX after 5 attempts do anyone know if it is possible to apply for it in another state so as to take the NCLEX. pls help me, i will like to know what to do

just apply in another state and if they say u need a refresher course...then u have to go and take the course........good luck..

Some states do have a limit and some do not. Florida comes to mind as only allowing 3 attempts before a review course has to be completed before the 4th time

CO only allows 3 as well and a 45 day wait in between testing.

in the long run..its beneficial to go ahead and just take the review class instead of applying to another board..trying to meet their state requirements....wasting money on application...passport photo only to fail again..@ least a review class might trigger something in u and key u on your mistakes....

I am currently taking a review course now but IBON won't even give me another chance
