Nclex tomorrow at 8am

I take NCLEX-RN tomorrow at 8am and I am terrified out of my mind. I took Hurst review and my Q reviews ranged from 60-81. I graduated Dec 16, 2016 and I was a A,B,& C student. Always did pretty well on nursing exams. I just really need some positive and kind words, something to help me get through this anxiety.

Also, if you do this, pray for me. I'm praying for myself as well.

Moved to the NCLEX forum. Good luck to you.

Take a deep breath and do something to relax tonight- take a bath, a nice long shower, watch your favorite tv show, etc. and get a good nights sleep. Make sure you eat something in the morning and remember to breathe! You made it through school. Most US educated first time test takers pass. Good luck!

Thank you so much! I took it in 75 questions, now the wait is on. It's all in God's hands. I took it in about an hour and the test admins looked at me like I was crazy for getting done so fast. I have always tested quickly and they really threw me off.

In school I took 50 question tests in 30 minutes. Did I test too fast??? I'm freaking out.

when did you apply for NCLEX? how fast you got your ATT? I graduated Dec as well and haven't heard anything yet from the BRN. I am in California

I graduated Dec 17, 2016 in California and I received my ATT on December 29th or so. However, I received my ATT before I heard from the BRN. My status is BrEZe changed, so I had a hunch and registered and paid on Pearson Vue. Within 15 minutes, I received my ATT. I received my eligibility letter from the BRN via snail mail the week after I scheduled my NCLEX. I think it all depends on how fast your program sends the BRN transcripts...

Good luck!

Do you feel that Hurst helped at all or is it better to just do practice questions using NCLEX mastery, UWorld, etc?

I'm currently using Hurst(about 6 videos in) which is outstanding for Content, i'm learning quite a bit and I also have uWorld and I hope to take the test around March 10th so i'm unsure which to focus more on since I won't have a ton of time(about 33 days).

I think Hurst helped tremendously for knowing my core content, the Q reviews were really challenging and helped me to read the rationales too. I know a lot of people who just used U World and passed NCLEX the first try. As for me, I used Hurst and a little bit of ATI to quiz myself. I hope it comes out as a "pass" on Sunday. We shall see though! You will do wonderful :)

I'm in Texas and I graduated Dec 16, and got my ATT about Dec 30th or so. I gave myself about a month to study since I had already started my job as a GN. You may want to contact your school to see what's up about the ATT. You should have had it by now! Good luck to you.

I also finished at 75 and finished in less than 45 minutes.. And I just found out I passed today. I'm not sure if you tried the PVT but it seems to be pretty accurate!

Thank you fro your response. I will contact them on Monday definitely .

Make sure you eat breakfast and relax. I am sure with those qbank scores you will pass. I took hurst and kaplan and had similar scores. If you quickly get through the test questions and the screen goes blk, don't panic. It happened to me and I passed on the first try. I told my husband, either I passed wonderfully or failed miserably.

I tried it a few times and I got the "good pop up." I'm going to try it again tomorrow at the 24 hour mark too. So far I have seen it be very accurate with everyone. I REALLY hope it is!
