Nclex tomorrow at 8am
Do you feel that Hurst helped at all or is it better to just do practice questions using NCLEX mastery, uWorld, etc? I'm currently using Hurst(about 6 videos in) which is outstanding for Content, i'm learning quite a bit and I also have uWorld and I hope to take the test around March 10th so i'm unsure which to focus more on since I won't have a ton of time(about 33 days).

NCLEX- Longest 48 hours EVER!
Alrighty, i'm just kinda freaking out because everyone has soooooo many SATA questions. I'm worried i'll get several Signs and Symptoms of diseases SATA and ill get them all wrong . Also, what did you end up getting on your uWorld percentages?

NCLEX- Longest 48 hours EVER!
What were your select all that apply like? Were they content based like what S&S would you expect on xxx disease, or were they like priority, delegation, safety, etc? If you don't mind my asking. ^^

What did you study from Hurst?
Hello everyone, I take the NCLEX in just about 4 or 5 weeks and I plan on buying Hurst either today or tomorrow...I started uWorld and have gotten through about 400 questions averaging about a 60% in the 75th percentile. I felt that my content was lacking a little bit and heard that Hurst was an amazing tool to utilize in order to learn the content! I plan on spending 3-4 weeks on the Hurst and utilize the remainder of my days practicing questions on uWorld, does this sound like a good game plan? Now for the real question, for those of you who have taken the NCLEX and DID utilize uWorld/Hurst, what did you focus on with Hurst? There's no way I can relearn ~2 years of information from nursing school all the way down to the tee, I remember a lot of the basics but I am worried that the NCLEX will give me a Select all that Apply on Signs and Symptoms of an obscure disease and i'll miss it :/. I know a lot of people recommend spending the majority of your time on uWorld and just use Hurst as a quick content review but it's a lot of information, what do I need to focus on? thanks in advance, - Kris P.S. I am so thankful I found this site, everyone here is so considerate and helpful. Thank you all for being so encouraging!

For those of you who used uWorld and Passed!
What were your scores like on uWorld when you used it and what did you utilize from the NCLEX mastery app? I am planning on taking the NCLEX in about 4 weeks or so, I currently have uWorld and im averaging about 65% and have taken around 400 questions. It seems like the majority of the questions im missing though are questions on specific disease processes that i've never really reviewed that's why I was curious as to if the NCLEX had a lot of "Content" on it.

For those of you who used uWorld and Passed!
Hello everyone, I have a quick question to everyone who took uWorld and passed the NCLEX! Did it seem like all of the content that was on uWorld ended up being on the NCLEX? As in, if I just use all of the diseases, illnesses, etc from uWorld and expand on it to learn the treatments and all of the S&S, does that typically cover the majority of the "content" you see on the NCLEX or should I purchase Hurst for a more in-depth review of basic nursing content? I have my ATI book so I can use it as a reference to gather more information on uWorld content. Just hate to drop $325 on Hurst when all of the content I pretty much learned on uWorld. thanks in advance, - Kris

NCLEX-RN TODAY-12pm
As far as "Content" goes, did you feel like you should have re-studied all of the diseases and illnesses in Cardiac, respiratory, renal, etc or did you feel that the majority of the questions on the NCLEX were solvable via critical thinking?

NCLEX Select all that Apply
Hello everyone, quick question in regards to the NCLEX Select all that Apply. I was curious as to how difficult they were and what grouping of content was involved with them. Were they mainly pathophysiology, pharmacology, and most importantly did you find them very difficult lets say compared to uWorld or Hurst or Kaplan. thanks in advance, - Kris

NCLEX Dec 2016 - Don't Worry About the "Tricks"
What did you utilize as studying materials? I am also freaking out about this test and I don't want to take it more than once but have heard different outcomes. I have heard the the NCLEX truly isn't that bad and is easier than uWorld questions but I have also heard from others that the NCLEX was insanely hard.

NCLEX Preparation
Hello everyone, I am still fairly new here but i've browsed the ol' forums more times than I can count during my adventures through nursing school. I have officially graduated as of December 17th, 2016 and my school is forcing me to do Virtual ATI for a green light before I can take my NCLEX. While I am finishing that up, I have been somewhat anxious about boards and wanted to know everyone's opinion on what to do. I am not a fan of ATI, their tests are brutally hard for me and from what I understand, not very consistent with the way NCLEX is made. I bought uWorld and have been studying from that and I absolutely love it... for test bank questions and their rationales are so in depth and detailed. Now for my question, I am worried about some of the content I learned in Nursing school 2+ years ago and that I may not have retained a lot of the information. Should I buy HURST or Kaplan to brush up on my disease processes or does the NCLEX not really focus a lot on things like that? I hear the the NCLEX has a ton of infection control, priority, delegation, etc but not so much in-depth disease processes. Bought: - Saunders Comprehensive Review(Plan on looking over it after ATI) - LaCharity Delegation book(Plan on looking over it after ATI) - uWorld(Currently doing around 100-150 questions a day while taking a TON of notes on questions i missed or even questions I got correct. Plan on finishing all 1900 questions) thanks in advance, - Kris p.s. Sorry for such a long topic but I thought i'd give some background first, cheers!
