First of all, did you take the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN? The NCLEX-PN will not appear online on the website.

Second of all, it might take up to one month for you to receive your NCLEX-RN results. Therefore, be patient. ;)

OMG.... it takes one year for your nclex results??? Are you kidding???

I was planning on graduating in june 07 and finding a job in july or august. Geezzz:o

My post says it might take up to one month to receive NCLEX results in California. :chuckle:

I couldn't personally fathom waiting one year for know whether or not I passed NCLEX. The 12-day wait I endured was more than enough! :D

I took NCLEX on March 1 and my license were posted March 3. However, not seeing it means nothing - yet. Are you sure they have your official transcripts? My classmate took it March 1 and it was not posted until March 9, due to paperwork issues.

If you haven't heard by now, call the BRN. I am assuming you meant you took it this year, 2006, right?

I took my NCLEX in San Francisco on February 22 of this year. I checked my name on the computer on March 02. Found it and I passed. Received my license on March 8

I took the test on march 1 st of this year for LVN is there any way to to find the results, I am going crazy. also The test stoped at either 85 or 86, and from what everyone that I have talked to that was in my class it has stoped on the at 85 also? Does this mean anything? :crying2:

Sorry, but the LVN licensing is not handled thru the BRN in CA.

You will need to wait until you get the actual letter in the mail telling you if you passed or not; if you did, you will then need to pay the $100 fee for the license. Totsl time before you will see a number issued to you is about one month.

Sorry to have to be the bearer of this news. And the number of questions means nothin gin realtion to if you passed or didn't pass. Wish that there was something else to say, but this is it.

ok really freaking out here! does anyone now what % you have to get to pass the NCLEX - for the lvn?

I graduate in may06, do i need to wait until my classes and final grades are completed before i start the process for CA boards. I start my job on the 27th of july...i will be moving from pa and i'm wondering if i will get my results and all that in time. ??

:balloons: I passed I just found out on tuesday!

When you apply to take your NCLEX apply for an Interim permit. This will allow you to work, (at a hospital that accepts IP's) for up to 6months until you take exam and recieve your results.

One word of caution, if you fail your NCLEX while working with an IP your IP will expire, and you will no longer be able to work as a nurse until you retest and pass.

Hope this helps

Since you are comming from a different state I would contact the BRN, I would thing that you can start the application process prior to graduation, since the school here do.

You may be able to work under you Pa license for a while until you get your Ca license?!? I'm not sure about that. But here is the site for the Ca BRN.

Good luck!
