  1. Thank you so much. It might take a while though I'll keep trying. Its just that, I need to get experience in a hospital setting. As they say, you need to survive.
  2. Thank you so much for your support. I worked in LTC but it was so stressful. Too many patients to handle. It was crazy.
  3. new licensed RN in CA. Am in san francisco. Having difficulty finding job. Tried looking for new grad programs, nothing available at this time. If ever there is one, they won't hire me due to no experience. I had 2 interviews without any luck. Getting really frustrated. They advertise job openings for new licensed RN but they would rather hire experienced RN. How else am I gonna get a job as a RN? Pls. advice
  4. I took my NCLEX in San Francisco on February 22 of this year. I checked my name on the computer on March 02. Found it and I passed. Received my license on March 8
  5. IForeign grad and hoping to work in San Francisco, California. It has been 3 years since I graduated. I don't have any nursing job experience.
  6. I wonder if there is really such a thing as shortage of nurses. I tried to look for a job that offers a training program. I did find a few but they are so reluctant to hire me since I don't have experience. I am trying to find employment and training for sometime now. Employers are willing to take in experienced nurses of minimum 1 year experience. How can I fit in? Any suggestions to where I can find one
  7. Hi, I'am new to this forum. Am from California and I just passed the NCLEX last month. This is my first time to look for a job as an RN. Unfortunately, I'm inexperienced rn. Is Nursing program a good thing to start with in a hospital or rn refresher course? Do you get paid while you are under a nursing program? Please advise. Thank you.
