seriously doubt it. how could they grade those? it was be subjective, open to interpretation............ no way

I would say check out the NCSBN website and see what is on there but I too think this would be unlikely due to the nature of CAT and how the exam is scored

my kaplan instructor told me the NCLEX will include like videos and auditory questions next year. i know the nclex changes every 3 years. since NCLEX will add extra stuff, Kaplan review will also make changes in their review as well.

hi all,

does anyone know if all jr. college or any RN program require a HESI test for exit? No sure and what material to study for the HESI tests. Any info will be a great help. thank you

I have not heard of oral exams, and agree that this wouldn't fit well with the CAT style of test right now.

However, in the beginning of October they added an auditory component. The tutorial included an auditory question, but I didn't actually have one on my exam.

This is what I have heard as well. My patho teacher said she got an e-mail from the NCSBN stating that the difficulty of the test would be increased in 2010 and that they would be adding video and auditory questions.

Oh boy, I have not heard about this and I hope they do not change it...I will be doing kaplan review and so we will have the up to date stuff.

kaplan will adjust accordingly to NCLEX changes so leave it up to them :D

Did anyone took Nclex? is it very hard?
