Hey Stormy,

Have you tried your local "Navy" recruiter, I would wager money they would be glad to help you and would probably have applicable brochures also....Good Luck....

The US Navy (pictures and other things)

http://www.history.navy.mil/trivia/trivia01.htm (creed/motto/history)

2010 Military Pay Chart (look at O-1 not O-1E under 2 years for the salary) this is the salary for non-prior enlisted officers with only a Bachelors degree. This is just the Base pay, then you have to look at BAS (substinence allowance) and Housing allowance (BAH) for whatever zip code and rank you are interested in. You can google BAS and BAH to get those numbers.

This took me about 30 seconds to find....... Good Luck with your report.

Well, given that post, I imagine that you've had about as much help from this site as you are going to get.

StormyNever,

You come across as very rude "cough", I doubt if anyone on here is going to help you now.

Specializes in Med./Surg. and paramed. exams.

I really think you need to take that attitude into a navy recruiting office and see how far it gets you. Maybe someone will put it on YouTube.

Well, maybe you should do your own homework then and not complain when people helping you out leave work left for you to do.

Stormy Never,

You need to check yourself quick!!!! "COUGH" Obviously, your still in HIGH SCHOOL..That attitude you have isn't going to get you anywhere. People on here is only trying to help answer a question YOU posted. This site is for grown and mature individuals.. you need to grow up quick cause no one owes you anything.

Okay kid since I am an USAF officer who has been stationed at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland as my last assignment and everyone of those links had what you asked for you might try doing a little reading first before making smart a.. comments.

We aren't here to do your homework for you!

1. From the links: Navy Motto

There is no official motto for the U.S. Navy. "Non sibi sed patriae" (Not self but country) is often cited as the Navy's motto, however.

Other than Sailor's Creed there isn't another.

2. Guess what found the maximum age limit for nurse in the Navy in about 20 seconds. Sorry your not getting the link though.

3. Gave you plenty of them and there are hundreds more on the web, plus if you would have bothered to search the one link that had a "media" tab you would have found some excellent material.

4. Oh wow....one of those sites actually had a whole tab for pictures...

5. Gave you the link to the pay.

6. Be polite, be professional, and grow up.

Being in the navy, i'll tell you real quick that ur attitude will not be tolerated! Not even from a recruiter and basic will definately not take it! To be a navy nurse, it requires you to be an officer. Officers have to be nominated based on moral and high standards. They do not just let you join. Especially if you shows signs of selfishness or a bad attitude! An officer position is VERY hard to obtain and they are rarely accepting new candidates.

Yes, there is a naval nurse creed, maximum age for an officer is 31, starting salary for an officer is 2,745 mo. But you also receive a BAH which a couple hundred dollars more depending if you are married or have children.

Best websites are Navy.com and facebook has a page called women redifined that is awesome, but if you show bad attitude towards people on there, the chiefs will report you and take note of who you are! Ive seen it happen to people!

Good luck!
