Punctuation, spelling and appropriate use of capital letters are a poster's best friends in an online forum. Sometimes folks will refuse to take the time to read unbroken blocks of type and the quantity/quality of answers will suffer.

i'm not sure that i'm understanding your question...
but it is the law to report those with tb to public health.
if i didn't understand your question, let me know.
good luck to you.

I don't think any of us can help you....
It's against the ToS even if it could be deciphered.

I would just reach out to the county or state TB office and see what they say. Did you complete your treatment through a private physician or through the health department? Usually if you do it through the health department they give you an official document that proves you completed the nine month treatment.

This is something that you need to discuss with your PCP or specialist
