May 2012 NP Grads!!

I'm so EXCITED that I have finally made it to my final semester of FNP school. It's been a long and hard road but I can finally see the light. lol All May 2012 graduates come on in!! What are your thoughts on your past few years in your program?

I graduate early June but I'll join in. I, too, am incredibly excited to be so close to the end. This has been a long road with incredible challenges along the way, including breaking both arms and then my daughter having major open heart surgery. I have a feeling I'll be a sobbing mess at graduation but so very happy!

CONGRATS! What schools do you guys attend?

I'll be graduating in May as well. There were days I thought I'd never make it. Now I am counting the days until May!!! Hallelujah. I can't wait to get my life back.

I'm going to be a May grad!! Can't wait!! This experience has been so rewarding, but I'm so ready to actually begin my life (at least that's what it feels like!)

Congrats to all of you!

Finishing my ACNP this May, glad this nightmare is almost over... these past 2 yrs have been the worst ever!!! i don't think i would ever do it again, I personally think my program wasted a lot of time on "Fluff" work (papers, papers and more papers)

I graduate from my ACNP program in 84 days! I have a countdown on my phone hehe! I too feel like my life can resume again! It has been a long 7 semesters, while continuing to work fulltime. Although, I am in the midst of a 2 month leave of absence in order to complete my residency hours (best thing I have done to regain some sanity!!).

My husband and I have already booked a week at the beach starting the day after graduation! I am both excited and nervous to start the next step in my career.

Congrats to all of us!

I am a May 2013 graduate, but I will live vicariously through all of you!!! You guys can see the light at the end of the tunnel and its not a speeding train coming at you (or another fluff class that can derail ones goal of becoming an NP).

Congrats on approaching the finish line! I'm curious which ACNP program you attended? Did you like it overall, or not? Very very busy and time consuming? Have you started looking into jobs after graduation? I am hoping to start U Penn's ACNP program this summer...would love to hear back from you! Take care!
