Mailed my application today!

Finally! After 3 years of waiting and preparing, I finished and mailed my nursing school application this morning. My school only does fall admission, based on TEAS scores and a points system. We won't hear anything until the first of April. Apps are due Feb. 1. They only accept 50-60 students and have an average of 500 applicants per year. Here's my points breakdown:

TEAS score: 90.5 (their cutoff is 70)

Pre-req's: between 16-20 total points (I completed them all with A's in Algebra and Micro and B's in AP 1 and 2. Their system for these is really confusing!)

BSN letter of intent: 1 point

Residency: 2 points

I think that's all! Keep your fingers crossed for me! I don't know how I'm going to wait 4 1/2 more months!!!!

Hang in there and goodluck!

Good luck! (and way to go on those A's and that awesome TEAS score!)

Best wishes! Mine is due Feb 1 also. I have to take the NAT after Xmas break and then Ill mail mine in to. We probably wont hear anything till the middle or end of March so Ive got a wait ahead of me too. My school takes 96 people with about 4-5 hundred apps. I think I have a decent chance but Im still all nerves

Good luck!

I have an application due mid January that I have to write three essays for as well as a resume and it is so hard to find the motivation to work on it. I want to enjoy my Christmas break!
